My Proven Four Step Process:

  1. Interview with key constituents, that might include the founder, board of directors and CEO.

  2. Review of market dynamics and the competitive landscape

  3. Creation of the brand strategy overview presentation

  4. Refinement of the strategy, with an interactive session that includes the original interview group

This process can usually be completed in two weeks.  The output is  an overview deck that identifies and outlines your positioning and unique point of differentiation,  highlighting your brand tone and voice that we deploy through all your marketing channels.
